LII manufactures the most energy-efficient products available in the market today. We provide consumers with innovative heating and cooling systems that deliver the most precise comfort available to homeowners. We provide comfort solutions to commercial properties such as retail locations, office buildings, data centers, and warehouse operations. We also provide a broad array of refrigeration solutions for supermarkets, restaurants, medical and pharmacy, as well as customized cooling systems for industrial and data facilities. Lennox International’s innovation is reflected not only in our history, but in the design, manufacture, distribution and performance of all our products today and into the future. LII produces the most energy-efficient HVAC and Refrigeration products in the world, which supports our promise of sustainability, energy efficiency, and social responsibility. In our daily work, we are committed to being a responsible organization that advances sustainability in our products, services, and operations. Annually, we set and have achieved aggressive goals. At LII we strive to do more with less and environmental sustainability is an integral part of our daily operations.

Community

Community

Our employees volunteer in many different capacities, from tutoring children to serving in leadership positions with local charities, to working on home improvement projects for the needy. LII provides direct financial support to numerous charitable organizations and our employees contribute thousands of volunteer hours annually. In addition, we donate needed supplies to various charitable organizations and provide “in-kind” donations of HVAC equipment. LII provides support to more than 100 organizations around the world such as the United Way, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and the Special Olympics. At LII, there are numerous ways to get involved with other coworkers in support of our local communities.

Our diversity efforts are aimed at ensuring we have the breadth of talent required to deliver innovative product systems and solutions to our customers worldwide. The LII Diversity Council, Lennox Women’s Business Council, and Lennox Young Professional Association are employee led initiatives that provide a valuable forum for employees with varied backgrounds and experiences to enhance our workplace. Our inclusion efforts promote employee engagement to leverage the unique strengths of each person. The global employee survey allows us to listen to our employees and receive direct feedback to help us build an even stronger company.
